500 ml.e  •  40% Alc./vol.

We fermented Armenian plums and apricots for two months. Next, we distilled all of that twice in a copper pot still on a woodfire. For the third destillation, we ladled small batches into a rotary evaporator, then added the other ingredients for a fourth run.

Wild juniper berries (Rhodope mountains) • Oranges (organic, from Greece) • Lemon • Lime • Tangerines (organic, from Croatia) • Coffee beans • Black pepper • Fresh organic sweet peppers • Cinnamon • Cloves • Angelica root • Ginger root • Cacao beans • Coriander seeds • Damascena rose (freshly picked in Bulgaria)• Distilled forest honey

That's it.
